Information you provide
When you submit a brief, we collect the contact, company, workflow, budget, timing, data-sensitivity category, and deployment information you choose to provide. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Sensitive information
The public form is not a secure file-transfer channel. Do not submit passwords, files, trade secrets, privileged material, protected health information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled data, or classified information. Core Machines can arrange an appropriate intake method after fit is confirmed.
How it is used
We use submitted information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, prepare the appropriate next step, protect the site, and maintain records related to the potential or active business relationship.
Service providers
The website may use infrastructure, analytics, and email-delivery providers such as Vercel and Resend. Those providers process information to deliver their contracted service. Core Machines does not sell submitted personal information.
Submitting a business request permits Core Machines to respond about that request. It does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. If you separately opt into updates, you may unsubscribe using the method included in those messages.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the business purpose, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by emailing contact@coremachines.ai.
